1) Can I change or give back my purchase?

We want that your are happy with your bought articles. If it doesn't fit you or you don't like you can send the article back within 14 days without indicating a reason. Condition for this is that you inform us in advance in written way that you want to send the article back. The most easy way is to send us an email or you can send it also by post.

Then send the article back to:

For the clothes the return shipment is free of charge. We send you free return return label on request.

For all other articles you have to pay the return sending.

As soon as we have received the article we will reimburse you the purchase value or send your alternative size.

Please keep in mind that we can accept only unused, unwash and with original label.

2) Do Sportglam also deliver to other countries then Germany?

Yes, we also deliver to EU, Norway and Switzerland. The deliver costs for the counties you find in thge freight contitions and can be also choosed during the purchase. Deliveries with purchase value over 100 EUR are free of charge inside Germany.

3) Communication - which languages do we speak?

Our clients are international. Therefore we speak be beside of German also English, Spanish and French.

5) Why are our prices higher then in US?

In US you pay nearly no taxes and also the air transport to Germany is very expensive. Even our prices looks high they are end the end for you cheaper then when you buy directly in US, since we have less transport costs by buying bigger amounts. Import taxes you will have to pay the same as us and you may will have trouble at customs clearance. Sportglam makes all custom clearance for you.
